RISC Zero - C# and Go port

Compilation of Go as well as C# code to RISC-V 64. Created a minimal implementation for a pipeline converting the code first to WebAssembly and WASI Preview 1/2 respectively. Afterwards leveraging w2c2 to compile it to riscv64-ima baremetal. Compared to EVM using zkVM (Zero Knowledge VM) consumes 90% less energy.
