Teledisko - Card Payment integration

Integration of payment terminal into new Go Backend. Nayax ONYX accepts payments through RFID cards as well as NFC Smartphones. Connection to Nayax backend realized through LTE. Ported MDB based card payment library from C# to Go. In addition unit tests were provided such that protocol level operations code could be implemented correctly Byte by Byte.
